		<title>The purpose of life (part 1 of 233’448’797)</title>

		<description><![CDATA[<span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US"><font face="Calibri"><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US"><font size="3"><span style="font-size: 12pt" lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">I thought it might be a good idea to start my blog off by taking on of life’s most challenging questions: What is the purpose of life?<br />
<br />
Just yesterday, I’ve been listing to the musical “Avenue Q” (I really love it :) ). The final sing “only for now” contains these lines:<br />
<br />
”Maybe you'll never find your purpose”<br />
“Lots of people don't”<br />
“But then - I don't know why I'm even alive!”<br />
“Well, who does, really?”<br />
<br />
Now, this is simple but true. Many people don’t enjoy their present life, because they are driven to accomplish something. And when they finally achieve it, the question arises “is this all there is?”<br />
<br /></span><span style="font-size: 12pt" lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">Don’t get me wrong. Life is constantly evolving, and it is a good thing to have wishes and dreams one wants to fulfill. But what's the point of spending one's life, yet not enjoying it?<br />
<br /></span></font></span></font></span>
<p><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'" lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">Now, here is the secret: Be happy where you are and, at the same time, be eager for more.<br />
<br />
Or, put another way: The purpose of life is life.<br /></span></span></p>
